On the Road
The first day, we drove 625 miles and stopped in Petersburg, VA. We stopped when we had had enough and were hungry at about 6:30pm.
The lunch time on the second day we found ourselves outside just outside Savannah and decided on a lunch of Boiled Shrimp at the Crab Shack on Tybee Island -- "Where the elite meet to eat in bear feet". We'd been there 4 years ago knew it was a good place and worthy of a slight detour. A few more hours of driving and we stopped for the night in Gainesville, Florida.
