First Non-Sunny Day; Bingo with Jane, Alex and Kathy!
[Marsha]: At different times and in different places relaxing takes on many guises. Sometimes just the act of breathing deeply or briefly closing one's eyes has to suffice. This morning the act of relaxation has taken over completely.
Arising ever so slowly I shuffled my bare feet across the tile floor and out onto the lanai (that's a screened porch to you Northerners). Two cups of coffee were slowly sipped while moving my chair to remain in a pool of sun as it slowly inched it's way across the tile floor.
In this fashion I started and completed a booklet form history of the everglades. When the sky clouded over and the wind began to howl I switched venues to recliner in the living room which I positioned to face the view out over the lake and fountain.
With my feet up, my sole occupation has been gazing out at the clouds racing across the sky while listening to the howling wind and the rustle of the palms.
This is all the more delicious after the phone call from Will who reported the snow falling outside his windows in Cambridge.
